Mobile Home Production Process Starts With The Most Important Thing
Each house that leaves our production plant starts its way from the most important thing, from establishing the expectations of our Customer.
- - The first step is to determine the size of the house and the internal layout of the rooms. (Here is a full list of houses and their layouts). Due to the fact that each mobile home is manufactured 'tailor-made' for the Customer, we can make any number of changes in the arrangement of rooms, windows, doors, and any other aspects of the house. (Of course, if the construction structure of the mobile home allows it).
- - The next step is to work with our designer in terms of matching the perfect interior. It must be remembered that each mobile home must suit the taste of its owner, be practical and easy to maintain. Our mobile home designer will advise you on how to choose materials for facades, roof, internal walls, floor, window size, window color, internal blinds, external blinds, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Of course, in addition to the choice of aesthetic aspects, each customer must make decisions regarding technical aspects, including the type of heating, degree of insulation, possible installation of air conditioning, etc. Of course, our team will help and advise in every aspect.
Our mobile home production plant uses only the highest quality materials, so you can sleep peacefully. Once all aspects are formalized, the customer can place an order.
- - The entire specification of the mobile home is confirmed and completed by our constructor. Then it is transferred to our production department. All necessary materials are ordered.
- - The production of the mobile dock begins with the welding of the frame. Our team of qualified welders welds the frame using the MAG method. The chassis frame of the mobile home is protected against corrosion, and the wheels are attached.
- - We can start building the skeleton construction of a Dutch-type mobile home. The skeletal structure (or so-called Canadian/Scandinavian) is made of certified Scandinavian C24 wood and covered with OSB board. The wall cross-section designed by JZM Domki is (from the outside) - a facade, 3cm expansion strip, vapor-permeable membrane, OSB board, C24 wood, insulation wool, vapor barrier foil, and internal wall covering. Using appropriate materials, we ensure that the walls will be "diffusion-open", which will ensure the comfortable use of the mobile home for many years.
- - Our roofers assemble facades, roofs, and flashing.
- - The facade of the house is ready. All technical works are completed inside, including plumbing, ventilation, electrics, and lighting. The center of the house is finished to the customer's specifications.
- - Kitchen and bathroom furniture and bedroom furniture are assembled by our carpenters.
- - Our quality control department checks every aspect of the house, under strict technological and aesthetic rigor.
- - A full report of the manufactured mobile home is sent to our Customer.
- - Delivery and leveling of the house.
