JZM HOMES is part of JZM BUD Sp. z o. o.
We are - what is very important - a family company, thanks to which we understand the needs of our clients very well. The idea of ​​starting a real carpentry shop appeared a long time ago, and the first furniture was produced "on the knee" from materials available in the 90s - over 25 years ago -. Now JZM HOMES has its own facility in Zatory. Our factory with an area of ​​2000 m2 is situated on a plot of 2.5 ha. We have a showroom and an office building - this is where house designs are created, which we then produce for you from scratch. Our experience allowed us to create a carpentry shop in a large facility where - from the design of mobile homes to the implementation of the "turnkey" project - year-round summer houses are created. We focus on providing the client with positive aesthetic impressions and the highest quality finish. Here at JZM HOMES we have enough enthusiasm and positive attitude to provide you with a satisfying product.
All carpentry work including kitchens, furniture and the interior of the mobile home is carried out by our own carpentry shop. Thanks to investing in the latest CNC technologies, as well as IT and production solutions. We are able to ensure the highest quality by keeping the right deadlines. All production (A-Z) of the mobile home takes place only in our factory. This allows for complete control of every stage of production. Thanks to this, we are sure that every mobile home that leaves our factory meets the highest aesthetic and technical standards.

It was enough to add a frame with wheels. This is how we talk about our mobile homes today. We are fundamentally different from everyone who offers trailers. We are proud of our many years of experience in the construction of skeletal building structures. We have the necessary knowledge and experience in the construction of so-called Canadian or frame houses. This is the difference that with us you buy a real house made according to the construction technology and certified materials (including construction wood c24). We simply place such a house structure on a previously welded truss-type frame (according to our study). And here is also a fundamental difference - our frames are rigid, and the house does not swing when walking inside (you can jump for a test). This construction allows the house with a chassis with axles and wheels to become a mobile home (a trailer without registration), in other words, it does not require registration or a building permit. This is a concept that allows you to place such a mobile home practically anywhere. This is what distinguishes us - a professional approach to the frame of the house and its skeletal structure. We pay attention to details, the layered construction of the walls, appropriate tiling so that the walls breathe and the structure is long-lived.
